Thoughtfully renovated townhouse in Queenstown, transforming a winter retreat into a permanent home while preserving stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the vibrant central area.
Queenstown 2021
The location of this townhouse, overlooking central Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu, above all drove our clients to remain loyal to this building and renovate across all 3 levels rather than rebuild to suit their changing needs. We admired this approach and therefore made every detail matter. What was a winter holiday retreat became a permanent home with warmth and repose. Open the balcony doors mind you and in rushes all the headiness of central Queenstown. A fine balance.
