SCALE’s design capitalises on a prime opportunity to activate the public domain surrounding our distinctive, landmark vision for R7. Sited adjacent to Wynyard Walk, R7 plays a significant role in shaping and directing pedestrian movements. Our chamfered built form promotes pedestrian flows by directing movement around and across the site.

Our building reads as an inviting, translucent object. R7 has a strong visual impact from Wynyard Walk; the building is both legible and accessible from this key pedestrian thoroughfare.
