Remuera Renovation

The owners of this property wanted to modernise and expand their traditional family home while preserving the character that made it special. Equally important was creating a stronger connection between the house, garden, and new pool area to better support contemporary family living. Our comprehensive renovation transformed the entire property, extending and modernising the home while carefully preserving its unique character. Covered terrace forms create a sheltered outdoor room that seamlessly connects the interior living spaces with the new pool and landscaped garden. Close collaboration with the landscape architect was instrumental in shaping a cohesive design. The result is a sophisticated contemporary family home that balances the timeless character of the original architecture with the comforts and functionality of modern living.
