This sloping sandy beachside site commanded extensive views towards the stunning Whangarei Harbour entrance. The cladding was a mix a of Colour Steel Max and Austral brick, creating a low maintenance but hard wearing exterior.

There were many critical junctions in this build (the meeting of 2 different claddings), and the numerous corners made this an interesting build construction wise and also as a finished product. Kwila overlay flooring on the stairs and as a finishing detail in many areas (a signature finishing detail of mine) added to the high quality look of this home.
