Situated in a rural setting on the top of a ridge, this home is designed to respond to the surrounding vernacular. Influenced by the rural lifestyle, the design prioritises connectedness and utilises vertical space, light, and shade to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responding to the client's brief and carefully considering the site's unique characteristics such as sun exposure, wind direction, and panoramic views, this project packs a punch in a modest footprint. The Ruby Bay House is a perfect example of how a luxury home can be both efficient and elegant, offering a comfortable lifestyle in a picturesque setting.
