BDAI was thrilled to be engaged by the NSW Land and Housing Corporation for the design development, construction and documentation of a multi-dwelling senior living apartment project consisting of both General Housing and Livable Housing.
The project comprised 18 one and two bedroom apartments and involved significant access ramping to work within the constraints of the existing site. This project was valued at $5.0 million.
