In a wonderful location in Bretagne, an early XVII century settlement of two houses in sandstone has been combined toghether through a steel and glass invisible link. The link works as a connector, library and for the mechanical hardware of the house.
In a small village of Bretagne, two old rural houses overlooking the coastline are undergoing a tasteful transformation into a unique holiday home. The traditional architecture, characterised by walls of natural stone covered by double pitched roofs, are being totally preserved.
On the ocean side of the building, a new steel and glass gallery emerges from the ground, connecting the two buildings and offering a wide view on the coastal landscape, and at the same time hiding all the technical facilities.
