Sea Deck is a family home located on a view-abundant, beachside site. The design captures ocean views from each of its three levels it terraces down the slope.
A robust and natural palette of materials feature timber cladding, in-situ concrete and timber detailing throughout to create a relaxed yet sophisticated home. Ocean views are captured from every level to the east and the site is flanked by national parks to the west. The house presents as a single height volume to the street with a heavily landscaped verge and entry gatehouse in oversized timber. A permeable timber battened garage door adds texture to the streetscape.
