A mid-century modern inspired coastal home, close enough to the surf to enjoy a fresh sea breeze and the smell of salt.
The featured angled wall and glazing on the facade flows all the way through the first floor master bedroom and lounge, giving these spaces the most amazing vibe. This knock down re-build is kicking off in July 2023, set for completion in 2024.
The build will have basement parking but is only ever two stories high, this approach is to give the rear lounge / dining and kitchen lovely high ceilings.
The rear of the room enjoys a large entertaning area, adjoining inground pool with spa, gym and pool cabana. This area is designed to take full advantage of the northern solar access, thermal mass with concrete floors.
