Civix engineers are experts in the development and subdivision of land. We can provide a wide range of Civil engineering services for your project. We also strive to work collaboratively with the other disciplines involved in project delivery to provide collaborative and integrated outcomes. Selo Civix provided planning, engineering design, supervised construction and provided surveying services for a 252-lot development which was approved under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020. Engineering challenges on the site included flooding, the high density of the development and treatment for public roads. Civix prepared a flood model and demonstrated that the design reduces flooding upstream and maintains flood levels downstream.
