A contemporary 1-bedroom apartment in Sheung Wan, blending Chinoiserie and Miami influences with art-deco aesthetics, featuring a transformed kitchen, two bathrooms, bespoke cabinetry, and an inviting outdoor terrace.
1280 SQ/FT - 1 BR, 2 BTH
Chinoiserie meets Miami in this contemporary apartment with outdoor terrace. Reminiscent of the art-deco era, the lines, soft textures, and colours were chosen to contrast the building’s industrial foundation. Considered design, curved doorways, and joinery, refined textural interiors, highlight lighting and a five-way pastel colour palette, transformed this space. The complete reconstruction of the kitchen and two bathrooms, and the extensive bespoke cabinetry, ensured the apartment became flexible and functional.
