Simmons House

“We heard about Andre and his team at Kestrel Building through word-of-mouth, which of course is the best, most reliable way to hear of skilled and honest builders. Our experience with Andre and his team was fantastic, from the quoting stage, demolition phase and right through to handover of keys at the end. He has a great eye for detail and was proactive at coming up with suggestions and solutions to any issues that arose during construction. And we would say that about his whole team, each expert in their field and very solutions minded. Communication was fluid and easy with regular catch-up meetings scheduled each week. We were impressed with the accuracy of Andre’s quote as he came in bang on time and budget. The quality of work is really outstanding, this is a team which takes pride in their work. We love living in our renovated house in Newtown, it turned out even better than we had imagined. We couldn’t be happier with Andre and his team at Kestrel Building – you’ll be in safe, honest, highly skilled hands with them.”
