A very tight space that thoughtfully incorporates a separate shower and bath, toilet, vanity and ample storage with laundry just outside tucked behind bi-fold doors. Beautiful tile details, with dark hexagon on the floor contrasted with clean bright square tiles with a dark grout on the walls and bath hob. The client's existing vintage mirror and wall lights add a bit of charm to this otherwise modern functional bathroom.
