SOL is a Bondi Beach duplex designed and built by SHORE. It set a Bondi Beach suburb sales record at the time of sale.
Location: Bondi Beach, NSW.
SOL is a Bondi Beach duplex designed and built by SHORE, with interiors by Tina Kosta Studio.
An oasis of Mediterranean-inspired coastal luxury in the heart of Bondi Beach. This bespoke duplex blends soft sculptural form with timeless natural finishes. Curved walls and floating staircases are wrapped in hand-applied micro cement, with travertine and stone underfoot and warm herringbone timber through the living spaces.
Architecturally placed feature lighting highlights every detail. Expansive curved skylights flood the interiors with natural light, bringing the outside in and creating an ever-changing play of sun and shadow throughout the day.
SOL is a space that feels shaped by nature, designed for barefoot living.
