A striking residence in South Coogee, blending robust curvilinear and rectangular forms with stone, brick, concrete, and glass, creating a unique architectural experience that evokes mystery and emotion.

Perched atop a rocky outcrop in South Coogee the residence makes robust curvilinear and rectangular formal explorations, extruded and intersected in stone, brick, concrete and glass, crafting fort-like solid walls that create a sense of journey and wonder as one experiences the building.

The residence attempts to find the mystery and magic that architecture has the potential to hold within, using its strength and sense of place whilst connecting with the senses and touching the emotions.
