Challenges
Fit-out was completed concurrently with the second property in Carlton. Late project base building leak resulted in fit-out program reallocation of 5 floors of stock to allow finishing trades re-entry. Supply chain management system automated identification of stock reallocation supported the onsite team to make adjustments without incident.
Results
Delivered on-time, nil defects, repeat contracts.
