Project Details

Client
Urbanest Student Accommodation

Location
230 North Terrace, Adelaide SA

Number of Rooms / Buildings
509 rooms / 689 beds

Challenges
Compressed installation time frames and added movement of stock due to PC delays. Base build floor levels were handed over not to scope tolerance, the product required excessive re-fabrication and levelling onsite to achieve handover.

Results
Delivered on time, maintained relationships with the builder and repeat works have been won in Adelaide YoY.
