Located along the foreshore of Tennyson Point, this 3 level residence is designed to embrace its water view from every level, the residence consists of a series of cantilever elements designed to embrace the occupants to its water view and surroundings. On entry into the residence, occupants are greeted by a sculptural helical stair spiralling over 3 levels.
This 3-level waterfront home consists of a 5 bedroom residence with 8 car parking, pool, boathouse, jetty and lift access. The design considers both form and function and honest use of natural materials such as polished concrete, timber, and steel to create an elegant architectural solution. The landscape design aims to work in harmony with contemporary architecture and the choice of materials such as sandstone and timber complement the concrete framed elements of the home.
