The challenge was to ensure the home remained energy-efficient, secure, and visually appealing while meeting the rigorous demands of The Block’s fast-paced construction timeline. Additionally, given Australia’s varying climate conditions, the window and door solutions had to deliver excellent insulation properties.
aluplast and Winplex collaborated to supply and install aluplast's premium uPVC windows and doors that met all performance and aesthetic criteria.
- Thermally Efficient uPVC Windows: aluplast’s advanced multi-chambered profiles reduced heat transfer, improving energy efficiency and ensuring the home remained comfortable year-round.
- Noise Reduction: Double-glazed window units significantly minimized external noise, a crucial factor for creating a serene living environment.
- Security & Durability: Reinforced profiles and high-performance locking mechanisms provided enhanced security while ensuring long-term durability.
- Modern Aesthetics: The sleek, contemporary finish of the aluplast frames in aludec Jet Black complemented the home’s cutting-edge design, seamlessly integrating with the architectural vision of House 1.
House 1 on The Block Australia 2023 demonstrated the aluplast's commitment to excellence in design, performance, and sustainability.
