Completed in 2013, early in the Ockham trajectory, The Isaac showcases how an Ockham build stands the test of time.

Centred around a private lane, the three buildings of the Isaac each incorporate a large, fully-landscaped rooftop lounge, complete with raised grass lawns, plant beds, trees and outdoor furniture. The Isaac’s position at the top of the Grey Lynn ridgeline, with views to the Waitakere Ranges and out toward the Waitemata harbour, gives the sensation of being in a garden at the top of the world. We liked it so much we replicated it at the Turing, Station R, Modal – and more of our builds that are yet to come.

This Grey Lynn grandeur was our fourth development – and the first to have a shared common area for residents, now one of our signature moves. And, almost a decade later, the smart red brick and contrasting concrete panelling still look as good as the day we constructed them. Well, we think so, anyway. So much so that this has become the base for our Sales Suite – everyone who comes to us to buy off the plans can check out The Isaac.
