A country, coastal resort located at the base of a mountain range in Jamberoo, on the South Coast. The venue features a now completed restaurant, bar, a large champagne garden amongst the trees and a revamped resort pool space, along with renovated wedding ceremony areas, riverside lawns, a tennis court and a games room. The project is continuing in 2023 with the development of the 43 hotel rooms' interiors and the wedding hall.

Deep within the rolling hills of Jamberoo, we were able to bring a fresh new look and lease on life to this oasis on the river layering French European coastal vibes, holidays by the poolside, and summer sessions amongst the trees.

The experience for guests was central for us in our design, with the desire to make guests feel at home and inspired within this hidden, mysterious, wonderful world of magic. We wanted to create an international feel, layering vintage, and new pieces to feel like you’re at the home of an eclectic holiday maker somewhere in a little French town on the coast of the Mediterranean. Perched under a pine tree, with a cool rose, the sounds of summer around you, people coming and going, lounging, the river flowing and the occasional splash of the pool and of the champagne in the flute.

Within the pool space, we extended the deck, removed the tired existing pool fence and patterned the deck with a gingham pattern. This layered with the eclectic mix of new and vintage furniture along with vibrant yellow custom cushions and striped blue custom umbrellas has allowed the pool space to sing and become a real feature of the resort.
