Facing Australia’s most famous beach the multi-award winning Pacific at Bondi is home to Australia’s most expensive penthouse on the top level — a result of combining two luxury apartments.

The project involved the redevelopment of the former Swiss Grand Resort Spa into a mixed use development combining luxury residential apartments with a boutique hotel and retail tenancies.

The development included the removal of services and stripping back of the existing hotel to bare structure and installing multiple new lift cores to service the new layout.

One complete new level was added to the building and the existing levels underwent significant reconfiguration and structural strengthening to maximise floor space and support new structure. Following the structural modifications, a high end fitout to the residential apartments and hotel along with the refurbishment of two basement levels, pool, gymnasium, public arcade, atrium spaces and public domain works complete the project.
