A stunning residence perched on a ridge, offering breathtaking views of the Tuki Tuki River, designed to maximize sunlight with solid timber flooring for warmth, featuring a shadow-clad exterior and Linea weatherboard.
This house is situated higher on a ridge with beautiful views down the Tuki Tuki river.
The site allowed us to have the house facing north to capture all day sun. This was a great opportunity to use solid timber flooring as the energy which comes off this flooring is maximised for warmth.
The outside exterior was shadow-clad texture and Linea weatherboard.
