Marrying the charm of the 1970’s with a fresh contemporary vibe, this unit has a new timeless retro vibe.
Our client needed a functional sanctuary, flooded with natural light, a sense of spaciousness and ample storage in a low maintenance 90-square-meter footprint.
Walls come out to open the home to the north facing courtyard. This allowed space for a luxurious open plan kitchen and a European-style laundry. A skylight replaced the bathroom window, for uplifting showers under the open sky.
White walls emphasize the natural light that now flows throughout the home. Mosaic tiles were carefully chosen as a timeless nod to the building’s heritage.
