Adventure Projects presents the Modern Townhouse Development, the second stage of this exciting project. Consisting of 3 adjoined townhouses, this development offers good affordable design crafted by skilled builders for the good people of our community. The outcome is nothing short of great, blending style and function seamlessly.
The original site consisted of one 3 bedroom bungalow on a poorly utilised site. Complex issues of front boundary set backs and underground services were overcome to create four homes, each with private outdoor living spaces, and living areas that have sun all year round.
