Turners and Growers, a local fruit processing company, required a new office block.

Pro-Structure provided two different concepts based on the client's 'wish list' and company policies.

Concept 1: Timber-framed, cost-effective & simple; whilst meeting all their practical requirements.

Concept 2: Classy, contemporary, concrete design; embracing the region's 'Spanish Mission/Art-Deco' theme, with its parapets and plastered reveals

Our Client chose to 'satisfy the eye' and ran with the 2nd Concept.

Pro-Structure supplied the 'Design & Build' package with an agreed timeline within a competitive budget. Quality control and efficient management, allowed Pro-Structure to deliver this stylish office block looking exactly as planned. Although obstacles such as bad weather challenged our timeline and prolonged stages throughout the lifecycle of the project, the build was wrapped up on the day as promised.
