The client’s dream of a modern and spacious family home almost didn’t come to life. Having obtained council approval, they received quotes that were double their budget. Upon engagement, we helped value engineer the design, obtain amended approvals and deliver the build at the best value for money.
The end result is a contemporary, functional forever home, delivered within 15 months of engagement (9-month build) and $600,000 under original estimates.
