'The Bach' - Waihi Beach

This family Bach has been designed with the Victorian era in mind, based on the old Mining cottages from Waihi; it keeps within the local history and is right at home in its environment. Creating an active edge to the street by bringing the property within one metre of the front boundary shows off urban design at its very best with garaging not being a prominent feature. This three bedroom two bathroom Bach gives a modern twist to the Victorian era. A lot of thought was given to the kitchen design and functionality to create a welcoming space where family and friends are feed and entertained while keeping the relaxed beach lifestyle. The real feature is the outdoor living areas which depending on the weather conditions has duel outdoor living options. With the wrap around quila decking, quila screen around the spa, and the screening for the hot outdoor shower makes coming home from the beach simple and easy. The master bedroom with ensuite and separate walk-in-robe gives the impression it is greater than 136m2. From the handmade bunks to the relaxed beach vibe and the clever but not overstated lighting in this Bach has it all.
