Introducing the Wanganui House, a stunning 3-storey design located in the picturesque town of Wanganui. When I first arrived at the site, I was immediately captivated by its unique challenges. With a roughly cut access to the rear and a steep bank sloping up to the north, it was clear that this project would require innovative solutions. 

But what truly sets this house apart are the breathtaking views. From the top floor, you can enjoy a panoramic 270-degree vista, stretching from Ruapehu to the east and the sparkling sea to the South West. It was this natural beauty that influenced the logical planning design, with the living room strategically placed on the top floor to make the most of the scenery. 

Every detail of the Wanganui House has been carefully considered to meet the needs of its future residents. From the lift that effortlessly transports shopping and people to the prime living level, to the double garage and guest bedroom on the ground floor with convenient bathroom and laundry facilities. The second floor boasts two large bedrooms, an office, and even a spa for ultimate relaxation. 

On the main living level, you'll find a cozy fireplace and a designer kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. And to make the most of the outdoor space, a generous deck has been added. This required a larger footprint than the floor below, but don't worry, we've got it covered with specially designed V-shaped props that support the impressive cantilever. 

Our clients were overjoyed when we presented them with our photo-realistic images, which they promptly cast onto their 60-inch screen. Their excitement for this project is palpable, and we couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of it.
