White House

Our White House is the embodiment of beautiful, breezy, modern Hamptons design. The elegance of this home is realised from the moment you view the façade with the simple yet elegant all-white exterior creating a sense of beauty the moment you view it from the street. As you walk into this home the feature wall cladding and plantation shutters provide a textured warmth to the home as oak floorboards stretch down towards the inviting open plan kitchen, living, and dining which offer additional moments that welcome you to relax. A palette of muted neutrals evokes calm throughout this space with all aspects harmoniously working to create a beautiful space whilst cleverly defining each zone. The beautiful v-groove cabinetry throughout the kitchen continues to synthesise the calming Hamptons tone whilst the utilisation of the stunning limestone from the kitchen within all powder room and bathrooms enhance the sophistication and connective ease felt throughout the home. A wood-burning fireplace takes centre stage in the relaxing living area, adjacent to floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors which reveal the stunning pool and yard outside – adding a rustic yet modern charm to this space. The relaxed sophistication of the alfresco dining space provides a delightful haven for families to enjoy the stunning pool and lush lawn area through the large picture window. Inside, the timber staircase takes you through to the upstairs level where the family's modern floorplan provides sanctuary for both parents and children alike. With two bedrooms and a bathroom positioned at one end and a parent’s retreat at the other, everyone will find peaceful solace in their own space. Soft grey hues gently reflect the calming ambience you feel as you revel in the space of the master bedroom and the ensuite’s floating double vanity and floor-to-ceiling stone tiles encapsulate the coastal cool feeling of a bathroom retreat. From the moment you walk through the doors of this charming and luxurious home, you will fall in love with the breezy elegance of its design. The architectural detail in every aspect of this residence captures the true soul of a contemporary Hamptons-inspired build and is a standout in our Expressions Serie Photography: James Geer
