Design Novelties from Milan: The Evolving Vision of Boffi | De Padova & ADL

We’re back from Milan Design Week and once again, we find ourselves inspired by the innovation, elegance and enduring impact of Boffi | De Padova - a name that continues to shape how the world interprets and embraces interior design. With deep Italian roots and a global reach their influence is unmatched and their commitment to craftsmanship and visionary design remains at the forefront.

Boffi | De Padova’s philosophy ‘A Way of Living’ perfectly captures its holistic approach to interior spaces. This belief transcends traditional architectural boundaries uniting its three core pillars - Boffi kitchens, bathrooms & wardrobes, De Padova furniture and ADL internal door systems into one seamless, elevated design language.

What sets Boffi | De Padova apart is how effortlessly these distinct elements integrate. From precision engineered kitchens and elegant wardrobes to minimalist furniture and architectural partition systems, the harmony across each product line speaks to a unified vision, one where design, function and emotion co-exist.

At this year’s Milan Design Week, that vision was embodied in several novelties. A standout was a new custom-designed hinge mechanism nearly invisible to the eye that showcases the brand’s signature attention to detail. Similarly, a new rototranslating sliding internal door was introduced enabling uninterrupted room flow and flexibility perfectly balancing form and function. Another highlight was Helium, the modular lamp by Elisa Ossino for De Padova now revealed in a wall-mounted version bringing sculptural refinement and atmospheric depth to the architectural space.
