In-situ concrete seems to be very popular at the moment. Its simplicity ticks a few boxes: strength; durability; thermal mass. It also creates an aesthetically pleasing colour and texture. There are multiple design options that can be achieved from the deconstructed form process. In this case, simple rough sawn boards have been used in the form work.

A robustly constructed formwork makes for a relaxed concrete pore and the anticipation of what lies beneath once the boxing is removed to reveal the finished product.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
