Redmond Builders has been present on ArchiPro since 2017, showcasing a diverse portfolio that reflects their dedication to quality and innovation. Over the past year, they’ve made significant strides with regularly updated projects, award recognitions, and a growing network of architect collaborators.
Based in the Hawke’s Bay, Redmond Builders takes pride in their ability to tackle a wide range of projects. Founder Ben Redmond emphasises the importance of ensuring that their profile reflects a broad spectrum of styles and possibilities — he never wants someone to hesitate to make an inquiry because they feel Redmond Builders may not cater to their needs.
“Diversity in our projects is the big thing for me,” says Ben. “We’ve gone from a rural countryside villa to an ultra Los Angeles contemporary and from a crazy sculptural house to a traditional little barn”.
They’re currently working on a large renovation of a century-old countryside home with a well-known architect.

When approached by homeowners or architects, Redmond Builders often finds that the project is already gaining momentum. Ben ensures that there is a seamless line of communication between all parties involved, particularly the architect and engineer. “If you can put together a dream team, it just makes the job go well”.
Looking ahead, Ben is eager to explore new marketing opportunities, with ArchiPro as a key resource in their strategy. Ben’s wife, Vickie, has taken the lead in optimising their online presence, becoming a pro at updating content and keeping their profile in top shape with the help of ArchiPro’s platform specialists.

In recent years, Redmond Builders has expanded their presence on Instagram, using the platform to complement their broader digital strategy. Instagram allows them to share organic imagery of their team on the job and updates on projects, “some clients like to see their houses on our Instagram, and I’ve had tilers and similar businesses contact me via Instagram. It’s also a nice place to thank people,” Ben adds.
However, it's through ArchiPro that Redmond Builders truly showcase their portfolio in a professional setting, leveraging high-quality project imagery and reaching architects, designers, and homeowners.
Redmond Builders embodies what ArchiPro is all about—celebrating beautiful projects and connecting them with the right audience. Their journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, quality and the right partnerships.
