In New Zealand’s healthcare industry, the quality of the health facilities is one of the key enablers of the delivery of health services. And ensuring the country gets the most out of its investments in new facilities or the renovation of existing ones is crucial, to align with the country’s health delivery goals.
Our aim is to facilitate the best building protection of healthcare project investments, ensuring the most resources can be directed towards the delivery of health services.
During a new or refurbished facility’s design phase, the preferred option is developed in close consultation with stakeholders and experts. This phase involves detailed design work, including consent applications and contract agreements. During the construction phase, the project team ensures quality assurance and monitors build progress through to practical completion.
