HB1011 / 250 Retro Fit Framed Square Grill

The HB1011-250 is designed for retro-fit ventilation applications where a framed, surface-mounted grill is required. It is suitable for:

• Ceilings with sarking, timber lining, or tiles where a flush-mounted grill cannot be installed
• Residential and commercial bathrooms, laundries, and service rooms requiring mechanical extraction
• Projects requiring a 150 mm duct connection and airflow of approximately 60–70 L/s
• Over-mount installations where the frame sits on top of the ceiling surface and the central panel provides a clean, minimal finish
• Use with compatible mechanical ventilation systems, noting this product supplies the grill only (fan and ducting not included)

• Retro-fit framed square grill intended for over-mounting to sarking or tile ceilings. 
  • Overall size: 250 mm × 250 mm. 
  • Spigot size: Accepts standard 150 mm ducting. 
  • Flow rate: approx. 60–70 litres per second; pressure drop approx. 26 Pa. 
  • Finish: Steel centre panel in Appliance White as standard; black powder-coated internal housing. Centre panel can be lightly sanded and repainted to match ceiling. 
  • Installation: Frame sits over ceiling material; central plaque with invisible fixings; flexible duct attached to spigot at the back of the central plaque. 
  • Ideal for ceiling substrates where flush-mounted grilles aren’t feasible (e.g., tiled ceiling, timber sarking). 
  • Supplied as grill set only — ducting, fan system not included

Size : 250mm x 250mm overall, with conduit that fits most standard ducting (150mm spigot). Finish: Steel centre panel (Appliance White as standard), with black powder coated internal housing.
