MOR One-Tonne Sliding Door Rollers

MOR One-Tonne is an engineered continuous roller system developed for exceptionally heavy bottom-rolling sliding panels. Rather than carrying the panel through a small number of concentrated roller points, the custom-length assembly distributes the load across multiple wheel positions, reducing localised stress and supporting smooth, stable movement across the width of the panel.

The system incorporates CiiLOCK’s MOR load-sharing principles together with the Silent Steel Wheel—a hybrid polymer-and-steel wheel design developed to combine the carrying capability required for extreme loads with acoustic deadening and controlled running behaviour.

For this level of loading, the roller cannot be specified in isolation. MOR One-Tonne must operate on a properly supported solid stainless-steel running track. Panel mass, frame stiffness, track geometry, support conditions, alignment, deflection and maintenance access are reviewed as part of the project-specific engineering process.
