The Mother of All Rollers (MOR) is CiiLOCK Engineering’s modular family of bottom-rolling sliding door carriages. Inspired by the compression principles of an ancient Roman arch,

MOR uses a pressure-based, self-levelling mechanism to distribute the applied panel load across its wheels. As weight is applied, the internal keystone-inspired mechanism responds to variations in the running surface and helps maintain balanced wheel contact, reducing concentrated loads and uneven wear.

Rather than requiring an architect or fabricator to design around a fixed roller, MOR can be configured around the door system. Carriage width, height, wheel arrangement, materials, load capacity and adjustment can be selected to suit compatible aluminium, thermally broken aluminium, timber, uPVC and other framing systems. This allows heavier glazing, acoustic assemblies, slender profiles and larger architectural openings to be considered without locking the project into a single proprietary door frame.

A Roller Engineered Around Your Door

Every sliding-door system brings a different combination of profile space, panel weight, running surface, environmental exposure and operating-force expectations. MOR is selected or configured against these inputs rather than offered as a one-size-fits-all component.
