Trespa Profix TS45 Facade System - Big River Panels

Profix TS45 Concealed fixed flat panel façade system is a unique aluminium vertical rail system specifically designed for use with Trespa® Meteon® vertical panels. TS45 offers a greater design scope due to its 45mm cavity that can be increased up to 450mm when fixed in conjunction with special stand-off brackets. This allows flexibility when designing for either new buildings or over cladding existing façades and means TS45 can offer an economical solution for straightening existing structures.

Profix TS45 is ideally suited to multi-level applications with complex design requirements, such as parapets, and can be specifically designed to achieve a rail spanning capability of up to 1.2m.

Trespa panels are configured vertically with 10mm expressed joints and creative use of colour and panel widths can enhance even the simplest façade.

Profix TS45 is tested to and or compliant with the requirements of AS/NZS 4284 and sections B1, B2 & E2 of the NZBC.

As with our other Profix systems TS45 offers architects the design flexibility when combined with our Trespa panel and the extensive range of colours, four different finishes, as well as the impact, UV and graffiti resistance that the Trespa panel provides. Both concealed and exposed fixing options are available.
