Trespa Profix Weatherboard Facades - Big River Panels
Profix TS10 Concealed fixed weatherboard facade system, is a unique concealed fixed aluminium rail system that ventilates and drains at each horizontal lap. Specifically designed for use with Trespa Meteon, panels are creatively machined in length to form horizontal weatherboards that can be varied in width and length to suit many configurations and colour options creating a traditional or ultra-modern look to your cladding system.
TS10 rails are fixed independently to a 35mm cavity system that enables the façade to be fixed without penetrating the air seal or farming. All weatherboards are grooved on edge to enable easy clip fixing into the TS10 rail. Panels are ship-lapped at vertical joints to effectively weatherproof the joint whilst allowing for movement between panels.
TS10 is further enhanced with full range of anodised flashing components for windows and internal and external corners.
TS10 is compliant and tested to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4284, NZBC E2/AS1/VM1 and B2 respectively.
