24L Rainforest Hideaway

Arrival is direct from the street through a North facing terrace.  2 story void with feature stairs allowing for filtered light throughout the house. Rear-facing kitchen/dining opens up to remnant rainforest capturing district views and vegetation towards Sirius Cove.  Vein cut travertine provides a seamless transition to terraces for entertaining and general living.   The first floor consists of four bedrooms with treehouse sensibilities where all rooms are orientated towards natural vegetation, light and wildlife.  A large pivot door opens onto the balcony from the lounge area.  Concealed storage containing a secret staircase down to the office with separate henry and facilities purpose-built.  Internal sliding wall to close off private space to allow for flexible use of the house.    The large wrap-around terrace contains an entertaining and outdoor kitchen / entertaining space.  Gallery kitchen, top of the line appliances, integrated storage and bespoke design features. Office space tucked away in lower ground and nestled into the remnant rainforest.  A restful place to live and work. Photography by Adam Resch
