Innovative new build in a conservation zone, featuring a unique design that integrates an Olympic-sized swimming pool into the living space, with a kitchen aligned to the pool water level and a study area nestled around the pool.

New build in conservation zone around an Olympic-sized swimming pool.

Design concept to wrap the house around the pool bringing this aspect back into the house. The kitchen benchtop is aligned with the pool water level and the splashback is also a window to the pool. The pool comes up to the study area which in turn is tucked around the pool.

“Victoria and her team are absolutely fantastic. We have used her for 3 projects (1 major renovation and 2 smaller jobs) and we would not use anyone else. She is stylish, imaginative and original. Most importantly she has worked with us to incorporate our ideas into reality. She is incredibly reliable and always happy to help out, no matter how big or small the issue. To top it all off, she is a great person who is passionate about her profession. I can't speak highly enough of her - I have referred her to a number of our friends and all of them have been delighted with her work, professional approach and positive view on life. During our major renovation (12months), she kept our builder on track and us sane! If you use Victoria and her team, you won't be disappointed.”
