Modern coastal living with panoramic views of the Hauraki Gulf
New build located in the picturesque coastal area of Mairangi Bay, completed in 2024. Designed with a modern and minimalist aesthetic, this residence offers a seamless blend of form and function, creating a sleek and inviting family home. With four spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the design prioritises comfort and practicality while maintaining an elegant simplicity.
The project showcases a light coastal colour palette that complements its natural surroundings, emphasising a sense of tranquillity and openness. Large panoramic windows invite in natural light and provide breathtaking views of the Hauraki Gulf, connecting the indoor living spaces with the beauty of the outdoors.
