This much-loved Franklin bungalow was in need of some attention to accommodate the family’s changing requirements. Delighted with the new laundry setup, ensuite, and a bathroom suitable for an elderly family member, this couple are elated that their bungalow has been both carefully and beautifully renovated to meet all their needs. This project is proudly brought to you by Renovation Consultant, Kim Reiche. “I was given a fresh look at our home through the eyes of a Refresh consultant. She not only gave me her recommendations for immediate ways to take the house forward now, cost effectively, she also suggested a modification for the bathroom upstairs, should I get less mobile. Her visit has made us feel enthusiastic to get on and put her recommendations into effect soon. We have already written to seek quotes from recommended providers.”
