Puhoi Serene Sanctuary

Rosa Villa in Puhoi, New Zealand, exemplifies how thoughtful lighting design can transform a house into a harmonious sanctuary.

This stunning North Island lifestyle property seamlessly blends interior and exterior spaces, utilising Switch Lighting’s Zela Tilt luminaires to enhance every corner of the home. Rosa Villa stands as a testament to the power of well-balanced lighting in creating an inviting home environment. The integration of Switch Lighting’s Intelligent Control systems ensures that each space is not only beautifully illuminated but also supports the family’s lifestyle and well-being.

In the living spaces the Zela Tilt Luminaires were specified throughout the home, these luminaires enhance every area, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. The well-balanced lighting highlights architectural features and contributes to the overall aesthetic, making the space more comfortable and visually appealing. The integration of Switch Lighting Intelligent Controls with Casambi smart lighting technology empowers the homeowners to create personalised lighting scenes and adjust the lighting to perfectly suit the needs and lifestyle of their family dynamic.

In the children’s bedroom, our Switch Lighting Intelligent Control enabled luminaires allow the family to control the lighting above the children’s beds, adjusting both colour temperature and light intensity on a preset lighting scene which gradually reduces over a set period of time. This reduction in blue light triggers the brain’s production of melatonin, enhancing the body’s natural circadian rhythm and helping the children unwind as bedtime nears.
