Ahikā Housing Project are newly built homes under New Zealand’s Affordable Housing regulations. Designed with the community in mind, these homes offer a unique blend of modern amenities and sustainable living.
These homes for He Waka Tapu feature modern interiors and come equipped with heat pumps and high quality joinery and fittings. Emphasising sustainable living, the homes are equipped with solar panels for energy efficiency and the homes are connected to high-speed fibre internet.
We were proud to work on this project in collaboration with Cook Brothers Construction.
