Mount Alexander Road, Essendon was a major gateway to the goldfields in Gold Rush-era Melbourne. We drew inspiration from the elevated site’s rich history, geology and views to create a bold, elegant development that raises the bar for multi-residential apartment design in the area.

Minimalist interiors showcase spectacular views over the city, park or, in the case of upper-level penthouses, impressive 360-degree panoramas. The materials palette is elegant and understated. It features quality joinery, light oak floors and fixtures that echo the perforated bronze exterior.
