A Sculptural Statement

A Sculptural Statement in Residential Design ARCUS represents a pivotal evolution in Dezcon’s design journey for dual occupancies — a bold architectural statement that reimagines suburban living through sculptural form and spatial innovation. ARCUS builds upon the design language of the Modern Mediterranean influence, pushing further into expressive geometry and immersive spatial experiences. This residence is defined by its sweeping curves, monumental entry, and interplay of light and shadow — a home that commands attention while offering deeply considered functionality. ARCUS is not just a home; it’s a design landmark that continues to influence our future projects. Key Features: Monumental Curved Façade The front elevation is anchored by a dramatic arched entry and curved upper form, setting the tone for the sculptural narrative within.
