Purpose-built childcare centre in Artarmon, accommodating 149 children, completed in 2018 with a construction value of $4.15M, developed in collaboration with Greenwood and ArtMade for swift project delivery.
An experienced childcare operator and developer approached ArtMade following the purchase of a site in Artarmon. The site was already DA approved for a childcare centre. For this project to be financially viable construction had to commence immediately, and a staged Construction Certificate was swiftly attained through the assistance of the ArtMade team.
There were numerous issues with the development, ArtMade had to alter the design and provide prompt solutions. In essence, the documentation ran side by side with the construction.
