Berowra Ext & Granny Flat

Hemmens Building is proud to present a recent home extension project completed for a family who needed more space to live and play. The client’s requirements were to create additional living space and also generate income through a granny flat, which will help them to ease financial pressures. The Hemmens Building team was tasked to complete a 2 bedroom extension that included a 1x bedroom and a 1x master bedroom with an ensuite. Along with this, an attached granny flat was built, all under the same roof line. The design was carefully crafted to ensure that it complements the existing house, both in terms of style and functionality. The Hemmens Building team had to carry out some structural framing work to create the desired living space. This involved removing walls to create a beautiful open-plan living environment. The outcome was a spacious, modern living area perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and spending quality time with the family. The granny flat was designed to be self-contained, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. This will enable the homeowners to generate additional income while providing a separate space for their guests, family members, or tenants. The Hemmens Building team worked closely with the client to ensure that the project was delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. The team ensured that all aspects of the build were completed to meet the client’s specifications and requirements. Overall, the Hemmens Building team is proud to have delivered a high-quality home extension project that has provided the family with the much-needed living space and also an opportunity to generate additional income.
