Bondi House

This scandi-noir beach house is a huge transformation from its origins as a backpacker share house. Using the solid 100-year-old ‘bones’ of the house, the design opened up the living spaces and maximised ceiling heights to make the most of the small footprint.
Built on the ethos of “bringing the outside in” the house is an entertainer’s dream. The abundance of built-in joinery hides the clutter of family living and improves the function of every space in a discreet way.
